At Eco Cruise, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Eligible products must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as you received them.

    • In original packaging, including all tags, manuals, accessories and invoice/bill.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@eccruise.com or call us at +91 84000 03850 with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will reply with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing components.

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

  • Shipping or COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged products upon arrival may be exchanged for the same item.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your product is faulty or damaged, with pictures if possible.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please call or email our support team promptly for cancellations.
