Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing components.

Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Shipping or COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
